1. Browse our selection and choose the items you want. Mark the right color and size and click ‘Add to basket’ to add it to your online shopping cart.

2. Find the basket icon in the top right corner and click ‘Checkout’. From here, you will be led through our checkout system to successfully complete your purchase.

3. Fill in your personal details and pick your preferred shipping and payment method.

4. Agree to our general shopping conditions by checking off the box that says ‘Terms & Conditions’

5. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ to activate the payment window.

6. Fill in your payment information. Check that all your information is correct and then complete your purchase.

After your purchase is completed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation, as well as a separate e-mail with your invoice and tracking number once the order has been shipped. In this email you will also find a return form that must be printed, filled out and enclosed in case you will need to return or exchange anything.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive a separate e-mail with your invoice and shipping information. If we cannot deliver your complete order, we will contact you to know if you wish to receive the remaining items or cancel the order.

Prices shown on the website are either DKK or EUR, and are inclusive 25% VAT, unless you have selected a country outside the European Union, where VAT is not chargeable. If you have selected a NON-EU country, the price will be shown without VAT.

Customers purchasing from a country outside EU are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and will be charged by FUB for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.

Customers purchasing within EU are served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.
