Practical information about the sale

Delivery

During periods of sales longer delivery times must be expected. Please allow a minimum of five working days before you contact us about the delivery of an order.  

If an item is sold out, we will remove it from your order and adjust the payment accordingly. We never draw money for undelivered goods. Discount codes cannot be added manually once the order is placed.

Extended return for the holidays

Order places from November 15th 2024 until December 24th can be returned until January 15th 2025

Return during the sale

All orders can be returned within 14 days no matter if the goods have been bought at full price or at a reduced price.

Refund

The money will be returned to the credit card used for the original transaction. It is not possible torefund the money to a different account.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, you will have to return the original order and place a new one.
