Delivery & Returns
We accept the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive the e-mail with your invoice and shipping information. If an item is undeliverable, we will remove it from your order and adjust the payment accordingly. The invoice amount will not be drawn from your card before the purchased items leave our stock. We never draw money for undelivered goods.
Discount codes cannot be added manually once the order is placed.
Currency and VAT
Prices shown on the website are in USD and are inclusive 25% VAT.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential, and at no point will we share it with a third party. All information provided by you is gathered securely through the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is a protocol that encrypts your information and ensures full security while the information is transmitted via the internet. Unauthorized persons will not be able to read your account number or other information provided during the transaction.
Delivery and shipping
Non-European orders will be shipped by UPS.
We offer free shipping on international orders above USD 300.
For all other orders, the following shipping rates will be applied, depending on your shipping destination:

Standard delivery time: 3-6 days.
Packages are delivered DDU (Door Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be delayed in customs.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on your order and country, you will be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receiving your order, for which FUB cannot accept liability. The refusal to pay such fees will cause a full cancellation of the order. Transportation costs and custom clearance costs associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the total amount refunded to you.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email. You will also receive a separate email with details about the delivery incl. the tracking number. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option, the package will automatically be returned to FUB and cancelled.
Where do we ship to?
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to send it back to us. All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on). You can test the product in the same way you would test it in a physical store. If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. All labels or tags must be intact, and each item must be in the original polybag.
If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice either via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by using the return form enclosed in your confirmation email from us. Return the item(s) to us as set out under “How to return” within the 14-day period. We will provide a refund as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the return or evidence of you having sent back the items.
As soon as we have received and accepted the return, all successfully returned items will be credited to the credit card used to originally purchase the items.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How to return
1. Mark the items you wish to return on the enclosed delivery note. Or print and fill out the return form attached in your confirmation email from FUB sent together with the invoice. Include this in the package so we know where it comes from.
2. If possible, re-use the original packaging, close the parcel securely and attach the pre-paid GLS label enclosed in your parcel (only enclosed for Danish orders).
3. Returns without a prepaid GLS return label are at the sender’s own expense. Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash or collect on delivery.
4. Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so remember to ask for a proof of postage.
5. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the return address listed below on this page. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping when returned, so we recommend you keep a receipt with a tracking number as proof that the package was in fact sent.
Please note that we do not accept packages sent as cash or collect on delivery. The customer/sender alone is responsible for sending back the goods to us to the listed return address. If a returned package is delivered to a parcel shop and not to the listed return address, it will be returned to sender at sender’s own expense.

Missing return form and return label
If you no longer have the confirmation email from us with the return form, simply use the enclosed delivery note or any piece of paper. Write your name, the order number, and items you wish to return and enclose it in the parcel. If you are missing the self-adhesive return label included in the parcel from us, please contact our customer service at email@example.com.
Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop at www.fub.dk.
The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you initially received your product. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to withdraw your purchase. Please note that you cannot regret your purchase just by denying receipt of the product without informing us at the same time. If you buy more than one item on our web shop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and sent as one order.
If you withdraw from the contract, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us. In the event of a diminished value, for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the price.
If you are using your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payment received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notice of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Delivery charges will only be refunded if all items on the order are returned. We will make the reimbursement to the same means of payment, which you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to something else.
We can withhold reimbursement, until we have received the goods, unless you provide us with documentation of having returned the products.
